3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Cookies to operate the Site, remember your cart and preferences, analyze traffic, measure marketing performance, and personalize advertising. Cookies we use fall into these categories:
- Strictly necessary: required for the Site to function (cart, checkout, security). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Advertising: used by us and partners (e.g., Google, Meta) to show you relevant ads on and off the Site and measure their effectiveness
- Functional: remember your preferences and settings
You can control Cookies through your browser settings (blocking or deleting them), and through any cookie preference tools available on the Site. Disabling certain Cookies may affect Site functionality — for example, your cart may not save.
Our Site may not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but where required by law we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of targeted advertising.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers who perform services on our behalf and are contractually limited in how they may use your data: payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, email and SMS delivery, customer support tools, cloud hosting, analytics, and IT services
- Our e-commerce platform (Shopify), which hosts our store and processes orders; Shopify's privacy practices are described in their own privacy policy
- Subscription billing providers that process recurring VIP Club membership charges on our behalf
- Advertising and analytics partners (such as Google and Meta) to measure and improve our marketing. Depending on your state's law, this sharing may be considered "targeted advertising" or a "sale"/"sharing" of personal information, and you may opt out as described in Section 5.
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or others, or to detect and prevent fraud
- Business successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our assets, in which case your information may be transferred as a business asset
We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, Oregon, Montana, and other US states with consumer privacy laws — you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Right to know / access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including the categories collected, sources, purposes, and third parties with whom it is shared
- Right to correction: request that we correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., records we must keep for tax purposes)
- Right to portability: receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format
- Right to opt out: opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined by applicable law
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights
How to Exercise Your Rights
Email us at support@naurina.co with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity (for example, by confirming the email address associated with your orders) before responding.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted). If we decline your request, we will explain why, and you may appeal our decision by replying to our response with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization.
To opt out of targeted advertising specifically, you can also use the cookie preference tools on our Site, enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, and use the opt-out tools provided by our advertising partners.
Marketing Opt-Out
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. If you receive SMS messages from us, reply STOP to opt out. You will continue to receive transactional emails about your orders and VIP Club billing notifications.

- VIP Club membership records: retained while your membership is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing dispute resolution and legal compliance
- Account information: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after
- Customer support communications: retained as long as needed to resolve your issue and maintain records of our interactions
- Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections across the Site, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing through our payment providers, and access controls limiting who can view customer data.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age required by applicable law).
