Welcome to NaurinaCo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NaurinaCo (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. The Site is operated by VALPO MEDIA LLC ("NaurinaCo," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company located in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

VIP CLUB MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

NaurinaCo VIP Club Membership Program (the "VIP Club") is operated by VALPO MEDIA LLC. The following terms apply to anyone ("you" or "member") who enrolls in the VIP Club at checkout. By joining, you agree to be bound by these terms, which supplement the general Terms of Service below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the VIP Club. We do not offer memberships to minors.

Enrollment & Billing

By joining the VIP Club, you agree to the following:

  • A 3-day free trial period beginning on the date of enrollment.
  • After the free trial ends, a recurring charge of $39.95 USD will be billed every 28 days to the payment method provided at enrollment.
  • All membership terms and conditions must be read and accepted before completing your purchase. These terms are also clearly displayed at checkout for your convenience.
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each billing cycle until you cancel.

VIP Club Benefits

As an active VIP Club member, you will receive:

  • Exclusive discounted pricing on select items available through the VIP Club Add to Cart option on product pages.
  • Access to exclusive, members-only products.
  • Early notifications about new product drops.
  • Special discount codes and community rewards.

All VIP Club benefits remain valid only while your membership is active and in good standing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your VIP Club membership at any time, for any reason, by emailing us at support@naurina.co. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged for any future billing cycles.
  • Your VIP Club benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
  • If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, you will not be charged.

Refunds for VIP Club Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • If you cancel during the 3-day free trial period.
  • If you were charged in error due to a system or billing issue on our end.

VIP Club Pricing & Non-Member Purchases

VIP Club discounted prices are available exclusively through the VIP Club Add to Cart button on product pages. If you prefer to purchase at full price without enrolling in or maintaining a membership, you may use the regular Add to Cart button. Using the regular Add to Cart button does not enroll you in the VIP Club.

Changes to the VIP Club

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Club, including its pricing, benefits, and terms, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes via email. Continuing your membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • You are not prohibited from using the Site under applicable law; and
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Products

We sell physical products through NaurinaCo. Please note:

  • Product colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes. Minor variations are not defects.
  • We may discontinue, modify, or restock products at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@naurina.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse.

4. Orders and Payment

Order acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order confirmation email is an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance; our acceptance occurs when we ship your order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, stock issues, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Pricing. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time you complete your purchase. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel affected orders and issue full refunds.

Taxes. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of order and is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Fraud screening. Orders may be subject to verification. We may contact you to confirm details, and we may cancel orders that fail verification.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship free within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment (4–8 business days total, estimated). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. However, we will assist you with carrier claims for packages lost or damaged in transit as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

All products sold on NaurinaCo are digital products. This means:

  • Your purchase is delivered instantly upon completion of payment (e.g., via download link, email delivery, or account access).
  • Because delivery is immediate and the product becomes accessible to you right away, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once the order has been placed and delivered, regardless of reason — including accidental purchases, change of mind, or not using the product.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital item that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and that your right to cancel is waived once delivery/access has been provided.

7. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or offers unless expressly stated.
  • Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
  • Discount codes have no cash value, are non-transferable where indicated, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotional offers, including bulk use of single-use codes, use of unauthorized or leaked codes, or exploitation of pricing errors.
  • Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, photographs, logos, product designs, graphics, page layouts, and the "NaurinaCo" name and branding — is the property of VALPO MEDIA LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the Site;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by introducing viruses or malicious code;
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, copy, or monitor the Site or its content without our written permission;
  • Place fraudulent orders or orders using payment methods you are not authorized to use;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
  • Resell products purchased from the Site in a manner that misrepresents your relationship with us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for violations of this section.

10. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, suggestions, or other content to us, or tag us or use our hashtags on social media ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that User Content in connection with our business, including on the Site, in marketing materials, and on social media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you submit, that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that it does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or objectionable material. We may remove or decline to publish any User Content at our discretion. We are not obligated to compensate you for User Content.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services (including payment providers, tracking services, and social media). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and linking does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS OR OTHER CONTENT ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALPO MEDIA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VALPO MEDIA LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site or products; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@naurina.co and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most issues can be resolved this way, quickly and at no cost.

Venue. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts — except where applicable law grants you the non-waivable right to bring claims in your local courts or in small claims court, in which case you may do so.

No class actions. To the extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings on the subject.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your order governs that purchase.
